Our 3d printed products are made for experienced customizers and utilize high quality photopolymer resin and printers from Phrozen Technology®. Our products are meant for painting, light play/use, and display unlike other aftermarket custom LEGO® compatible parts. The parts we sell are sometimes extremely thin and fragile. I use insulated foam and bubble wrap along with standard product packaging when I ship however I cannot control how the postal service both in the United States, and other countries handles your package. With that in mind, I cannot offer refunds for broken parts upon arrival as I take necessary precautions to mitigate these incidents. I also have no control over is US or your home country customs department decides to open the package and shift parts around or degrade the integrity of the packaging that I include in all order. If this is of issue to you, I highly encourage to not order from my website or consider ensuring you have the necessary tools listed above in order to fix broken parts upon arrival.
